The Ministry of Industry and Trade Adjusts Anti-Dumping Duties on H-Section Steel from Jinxi Based on the Second Review.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade Officially Issues a Decision to Adjust the Anti-Dumping Tax Rate on H-Section Steel Products from the Jinxi Group to 13.38%, Effective Until September 5, 2027.

On December 5, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3133/QĐ-BCT regarding the second review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain H-shaped steel products originating from China.

Following the investigation process, the Ministry officially issued Decision No. 3098/QĐ-BCT on the results of the second review of anti-dumping measures on certain H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China.

 

Accordingly, the anti-dumping tax rate for H-shaped steel from China, specifically for the Jinxi Group, was adjusted to 13.38% as per the second review results. This rate will be officially applied from November 25, 2024, to September 5, 2027.
